“The only area that needed attention is the walking deck to the beach. There was a 6 foot tall mound of sand that has caved in unto the walking path which causes you to have to climb up and through the sand to get to the beach. ”

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“The Coral Cay condo buildings were older and set back a bit from beach with a nice wooden boardwalk right to beach through dunes. The 2 story had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were cute, updated with new finishes and decor and plenty of room for my family of 4. The small kitchen had all we needed. We ate most meals on balcony which could have been cleaner but the sound of waves, and birds made it a wonderful stay. . We used the pool closest to beach it was Ok. Overall great stay!”

“This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. “24 hours before our stay, we were notified our condo wasn’t available since the AC wasn’t working and they were not willing to provide a refund or discount. Stayed in a different unit that didn’t have the same set up- wanted 3 queen/kid size beds for 5 adults and instead had a bunk bed. Also wanted outdoor hangout area/table that was not available with this unit. Other than that, the place was nice and there were 2 hot tubs and 2 pools plus walking distance to the ocean. ”

“The size of this place was great for 3 adults and 3 teenagers.Kitchen clean and stocked! Able to cook all meals without missing a beat! I would replace one of the pans, add a few more smaller plastic cups and a pair of scissors, but that's more personal preference. The dishwasher wasn't working, so that was a bummer, but Michael responsibly let us know on our way there and I bought some paper products to cut down on dishwashing.
