“We were the first to rent this property and it did not disappoint! The pictures are exactly as they are in real life, though there is now a shade over the pool to keep it nice and cold throughout the day. The stairs are very steep inside, especially to the downstairs with low headroom but it makes it fun and adds to the uniqueness of the property! There is plenty of parking but be warned the hill going up to the house is very steep and narrow, it gets easier after going up and down a time or……

“Nice little house on the river in Matagorda. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings on the back deck looking out over the river and marsh lands. The furiture was comfortable and the house was clean when we got there. We ended up sleeping on the futon in the livingroom because the portable a/c unit in the bedroom was super loud and the bed was super soft in the middle. The dock light was nice, but did attract alot of bigs when on. FYI- the……

“We had a great stay at Little Salt. We are a tall couple with a 6' grandson, but we had enough space in the well-planned tiny house. It was great to fish from the back yard and we even took a little time to visit the beach. The community is very friendly and we felt safe. Be sure to do your grocery shopping before you get there. We hope to return soon!”

“Property is isolated from other properties and gives great sense of privacy. It was very clean and exactly as presented in the pictures and descriptions. Very close to all the comings and goings in Concan. You will need to plan your river access as there is none from the property. Neals works for us and is minutes away. Would stay again. ”

“Small cabin, but sleeps a lot of people. Clean and organized. Owners are very responsive. The river is nearby. The yard with the party lights and the patio and the Adirondack chairs are all great places to hang out.”
