“A last minute stay, room was outdated and in need of some TLC. Disappointed as no water on a hot day (27c) or biscuits or chocolate drink as this is usually the standard for most these days. I dont think the menu has changed much since we last visited. Love the area with plenty to do and see. ”

“Lovely friendly staff. Views across the golf course are great. The room was very nice. It had new carpet, but the walls were scuffed and could do with painting. The bathroom was lovely and clean, but the sink had trouble draining and the hand towel holder was loose on the wall. The breakfast was very good, the Cornish full breakfast was served piping hot and was delicious. Had to eat in the bar because the bistro was closed. The bar is fine but the bistro would have made it a more special place……
