“Needs a better maintenance attention, I’m Maintenance Engineer, I noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling in room 109 where I stayed, on my check out I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant, he said o yes I heard about it. How come you heard about it and didn’t took action, they have to check the flange and wax ring on the bathroom above 109. Easy to do. That was my main concern. Other than that everything good”

“We hosted an event at the Courtyard Marriott of Waterbury. The staff was extremely attentive and paid attention to all of our needs with frequent check-ins from the staff during our stay. Our families felt the accommodations were good,food was delicious and stay was affordable. The cost of alcoholic beverages were a little pricey though, but we made it work.Special Thanks to Carlos,Chuck and Jazmin for making our Anniversary Celebration perfect! “They guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk.”
