“Great stay! Beautiful views”

“Friede’s was a perfect spot! Close enough to access stores and activities like the casino, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet country atmosphere. Friede’s was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and loved watching the deer and geese in the morning. Just a friendly heads up- There is a train track nearby but it was infrequent and it didn’t really bother us, but I would suggest bringing a white noise machine or have an app……

“First time here and won't be our last. Very clean. Lots of history. Quiet area, nice shady walking. Owner is outstanding and full of great stories. We hope to make it an annual trip across the scenic Talimena drive.”

“Beautiful property and hosts were very quick to respond and provided all the information we needed upfront. Property was very clean, relaxing, private and a beautiful location. The bed was amazing!They are making several updates to the property so we were pleasantly surprised to see it also had a sauna and a massage chair. The deck was our favorite spot! Would highly recommend this property and the hosts!”

“Gosh, what an INCREDIBLE property! Spacious, clean, able to actually hold 19 women comfortably, well air conditioned, etc. We actually became cold because the AC worked so well and everyone had a bed, though some enjoyed the big couch for fun because it was so cozy. We watched movies, we all sat around the table for dinner (used other chairs and had 17 people at that time!) Jeff was very communicative though we didn’t need him (YAY). Cleanup was reasonable and we all want to go back again!! Pick……
