“The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend.”

“What a stunning, little, authentic heritage hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights & we were wow’ed by the place. Perched on the top of a small hill this old fort has commanding views up and down the valley. They’ve done a stunning job on converting this Kasbar with so many thoughtful touches & traditional decoration. The pool & the gardens are tranquil & relaxed. So many lovely spots to sit & relax. And spotless. Both the inside and the grounds & gardens. This feels truly authentic……

“After reading some other reviews we were concerned about our holiday. However anything we had read was completely unfounded. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful and reception were extremely on the ball when we did have a small issue and it was rectified immediately. The whole place appeared spotless and our room was maintained with no complaints whatsoever. The food and drinks were in abundance with lots of choice. If we were to hopefully……

“The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. Big shout out to Rida ( but equally want to recognise the other bar and restaurant staff and the endlessly cheerful pool guy and super helpful reception staff. I know why we returned here twice in 3 months - and despite the poor……
