“I fully expected the conditions of this hotel to be lower quality. However, compared to the other much more expensive hotels in the area, I would say this was my favorite. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly! This will be my go to from now on”

“I stepped outside at 4am to smoke a cigarette and I locked myself out of the room. I used the phone to call the front desk. Of course everyone was still sleeping. I can't remember her name, but she answered quickly and was very sweet and kind when she made me another key. Big shout out to Evan also.”

“The property was clean but could use some paint. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything worked well. The breakfast was a small continental breakfast but we were able to find enough to eat.”

“The budget inn has gotten better it's all new staffed nice on the business side which is good. I honestly cannot blame the owner this isn't a good area. Protect what she worked hard for I respect that. The budget inn has improved they have cleaned thé area gotten new mattresses it always smells clean the towels are folded very nicely bathroom has been painted well cleaned. Always provided coffee and coffee pot. Laundry vicinities. The only thing I would give some advice on is the staff are too……

“Dated motel in the process of updating. Across the street from the train tracks, but no trains at night. A feed factory near by which makes noise 24 hours, but not too bad. On-site person was friendly and helpful. ”
