“My 80 yr old mom had not been back to Vermont since 1996, and she loved every minute of our stay here.The farmhouse is quaint and charming and only 20 mins from town. The furniture and accommodations were terrific - my mom could not make it up the stairs, but she was delighted with how comfortable the couch was!This place is a fabulous getaway, and we could not have been happier.”

Unlike many rental homes that are stripped of personality, this home was full of charm and lovingly designed touches. From the cookware to the bedding the home was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and living room in particular were of good size for our entire group to eat and relax comfortably each with its own fireplace. ”

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all.
