“服务员失望了房间没有收拾”

“it seems like it's going down a bit from my last stay a couple of years ago.”

“Sparse but adequate room, once a fully furnished one was found (third try: first two had no nightstands or lamps). Bed was very comfortable. Climate control effective. Hot water VERY hot, nice shower. Only thin soap provided, no shampoo. Towels adequate but a bit thin…but it’s a Motel 6, so one knows what one is getting. Very friendly and helpful desk clerk. ”

“This was better than any hotel or air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Dora’s attention to detail and hospitality is unmatched! The food was the best I’ve ever had, no joke! I will be staying here again :)”

“The rooms were super clean and tidy. The staff were fabulous and friendly. Great service. And the breakfast had a great selection. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

“优点：1.就在机场出发厅旁边，非常近；2.行李车直接推进房间；3.本来不可以更改日期的，不过沟通后直接帮我更改了。 缺点：1.酒店只有一个餐厅提供堂食，不能打包，堂食区桌子有点密；除了这个餐厅就只能叫ROOM SERVICE；机场控制区外没有其它餐饮；2.两个小时内打了三次电话叫瓶装水都没送上来，第二次居然来了一辆轮椅，搞不懂bottled water和 wheelchair为啥可以等同。”

“Property is well maintained. The rooms are very modern and immaculate. The beds were comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful. Only negative was the on-site restaurant. The food was fine but service not so good. That said, there was only one waitress on staff and she was slammed with customers. This hotel is a great value for the price. Stay here if you want a nice hotel only minutes from the airport. ”

“明明预订的是图片上的酒店，但实际上过去被告知并非这家而是对面那家，其实环境差不多，但是提供的信息图片并不准确，两家酒店在一起，图片用错了。对面就是一个很大的 奥特莱斯，但是税点也不低8.25%左右。只有波士顿有一家免税的东西也特别便宜。”
