“The Bear Howard Cabin was a perfectly cozy, clean, and very well-stocked hideaway for my family of 6. Just a 20 minute ride from downtown Sedona, we were able to enjoy hikes in the red rocks daily while returning to a super quiet, peaceful, and comfortable home in the evenings. “The cabin is just what we needed for a great getaway with the family! Lovely views and great access to the river and trails (West Fork Trail park entry is a few feet down the highway). The houses' amenities were great and well thought out. ”

“This is a wonderful home. Plenty of room for three different families with children. Beautiful deck with lots of mountain views. ”

“Overall, it was a great place and I highly recommend it. It would have been a solid 5 if it had WIFI and was a little cleaner. The place has a very rustic charm but there were somethings that were disappointing like needing to wash any dishes before we used them. My wife was like, “If the host is a guy, he’s probably the one who cleans this place…and decorates.” Again, loved it and would stay again. ”

“Beautiful cabin home, overlooking the pines, private back area, super clean, owner was responsive right away the few times i needed to ask anything. We had a wonderful trip ! ! ”

“We had a great time at Carl’s cabin! Beds were comfy and the deck is great! We loved that there were some toys and books for our 1 and 3 year old - huge plus! Only downside is that the house seemed short on towels.. plenty of bath towels, but no washcloths or kitchen towels available. We purchased a kitchen towel and left it there. Not a huge deal, easy to work around! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Carl! ”
