“Great location. A block from the downtown area of Flagstaff. Walking distance to all restaurants, coffee shops and breweries as well as shopping. The balcony and patio are not fancy but perfect for mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and had space for our things. Would recommend for a couples trip or small group. ”

“Super quiet, easy to get to, cozy (as advertised), attentive and helpful host. No wifi (yet - coming soon!) but enough signal to run a hot spot off my phone. Great kitchen, comfy bed and couch. EASY access to rt 89, 66, I-40, 64, and 17 so you can get to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Winslow, and all points around Flagstaff. VERY convenient! ”

“The property was clean, cozy and relaxing. Had privacy and was very close to downtown without the feeling of being close. Left behind an item and was able to call the contact number and go back and pick it up. The caretaker, Nathan had put it away safely. Thank you Nathan. No hesitation in recommending the property. ”
