“We stayed in Flagstaff as our base camp for all of our site seeing and this place was perfect! Right off of the main road and we did not have to get in city traffic to go most of the places we went, which, was a major bonus for us. This house is the true definition of home away from home. The host have supplied this house with all of the things you need and even some of them you didn’t think about. We thought we would buy a cheap little cooler when we got there to pack drinks and sandwiches,……

“The house was so cute, and it had everything we needed! It was perfect for our couple’s getaway! The privacy was a HUGE bonus, and we loved the massive hot tub. You honestly couldn’t even tell that there were people on the other side of the fence. The host was also great when we had an issue with the door lock. He responded very quickly even though it was pretty late at night. Absolute 10/10. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family! ”

“This property was not ready to be rented. Was not worth the amount the nightly rate. Master shower leaked to downstairs. Garage disposals and dishwasher didn't work. Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep frozen. They had an indoor extension cord plug in outside and exposed to the weather. ”

“This was the cutest property to stay at! It was cozy, cute, and had everything you need! There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, a mini stove top burner, and all kitchen utensils! The owners were the absolute sweetest! They were absolutely fantastic hosts, and have the cutest little dogs that greet you. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. I cannot get over how wonderful our stay was!”

“Nice place, comfortable and mostly clean. Instructions stated to park inside garage, but there was no code provided. Speakers in the home did not appear to work; there were no instructions on how to use. Attempted to reach out via text, and the response was very delayed; responded next day after we had checked out. Think it would be good to have a battery operated blower of broom to clean off patio. Obviously this time of year, there is a lot of extra foliage on the ground (to be expected),……

House is easy to find and a quick walk to the historic downtown with exceptional restaurants and shops. Not only is this purple house central to everything Flagstaff, but it served as our base for Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and Page. All are 60-120 mins away. “Overall awesome stay. Spacious for our family of 7 however, did not find the double futon and pull out couch was broke. But there was an inflatable bed that one of our kids used. All amenities worked and great for family and kids. Wood fireplace was great. Quiet area. ”
