“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually……

“My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.”

“We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.”

“This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same……

“My mother needed to do 10 treatments over 3 weeks and this condo was perfect! It was a great location because it was only 1.4 miles from MD Anderson Radiation Center. So we literally could leave 45 mins before appt and have time to get there, park and walk in and still be 15 mins early. We completely felt safe also at the location. And when a concern did come up with the door lock the owner answered quickly and solved the problem immediately. We will definitely stay here again should we need……
