This was followed by text messages (that we didn't see because phones were not in hand) asking permission for owner (who lives right next door) to come inside to check mouse traps that were set throughout the house (or just to make sure we left doors open as instructed by the notes that were attached to……

“I’ve driven past these historic homes on Broadway hundreds of times. It was fun to finally stay in one. There was plenty of space for the family to congregate and then spread out. It’s an easy stroll downtown or up the hill to the college. Definitely could see staying there again.”
