“The home is just far enough out of town to be delightfully quiet, yet within minutes of Hamilton. Everything is clean, exactly as described with wonderful little extras like fresh baked cookies, banana bread and farm fresh eggs. What a terrific surprise. Everything you could possibly want. Loved the property. Recommend to anyone however please ensure you do not have issues with stairs (we did not) as they are steep. Thank you for a lovely stay. Bonus points for the neighbor's chicken……

“It was awesome! Beautiful views, lots of space, great hostess, and amazing location. We were on a girls trip of multigenerational women. We had a blast!! ”

“This is a cute little downstairs apartment with a forest vibe. Get past that you are downstairs and can have some noise upstairs tenants at times and this is a wonderful place to stay. Manager is responsive and apartment was clean for it being in the woods. Only thing i wish i knew was that it was a downstairs apartment, but the swing outside is great for watching rain storms, fireworks, or just to have early morning coffee while your other gueats are still sleeping. Harry Potter room was great……

“We stayed at the Farmhouse while we were in the area for a family birthday. The views from the backyard are incredible morning or night. House was very clean, and comfortable. Wish we could have spent more time simply taking on the views with morning coffee. ”

“This was the perfect peaceful weekend! The Chicken Coop faces east for gorgeous sunrises and I enjoyed my coffee outside with the hens wandering by every day. Equipped with a mini kitchen, I was able to have simple meals with the food I brought and didn’t need to go out. I walked around the farm a bit each day and just enjoyed the slower pace. Excellent communication with hosts, though so much was provided I didn’t need to request anything. Can’t recommend this setting, host, and space highly……

“House exceeded expectations! Extremely clean and well appointed. Quiet and scenic area. Loved the porch for family gatherings. ”

“We had friends and family stay at the Three Bears Getaway for our son‘s graduation. There was a bedroom on the main floor and bedrooms upstairs to accommodate everyone. The kitchen and dining area was plenty big for everyone. The yard and play area was also nice for our group, including toys inside as well. We definitely recommend this beautiful home. Dave did a great job communicating with me as well.”

“We rented all the cabins and the main apartment for a group of friends and their kids. It was a nice set up with a space for families to get away. It has nice proximity to lakes a rivers for daytime adventures. The house was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The only thing we would have liked is screen doors on the cabins for cooling off at night. The apartment stayed nice and cool.”
