“The property is just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Lots of options for dining within walking distance. “This property did not match the pictures. It was very run down and outdated. It had a lot of wear and tear that didn’t show in the pictures. The building had decent amenities (the Turkish spa was phenomenal!), but it just had an overall run down feeling. Our apartment was a bit shabby. The location on the beach was great! I highly recommend the spa and renting a bike for the day (only $20!) and riding down to South Beach!”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed to find that it did not match the photos online. The property is very outdated and definitely in need of renovation. The bathrooms were extremely small, and the water wouldn’t drain properly—overflowing became a regular issue. The kitchen was also cramped, and the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly, freezing everything inside regardless of the settings. That said, the one bright spot was the customer service. "The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good."
