“The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable. It was a great location to the beach, but nothing else was nearby. The pool was not aesthetically pleasing so we did not swim. The bathroom and kitchen area need updating and the refrigerator needs to either be fixed or replaced. It rattled most of the time. ”

“Every wall was covered in filth, looked to be never washed, mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms cracked walls, peeling paint, dirty sheets, comforters, and bedskirts. Absolutely disgusting when we asked for new sheets they said they came to our room and tried to find the stains, but couldn’t find any. WTH We couldn’t get half the lights to work. The hotel itself was very unwelcoming unless you’re Jewish you will not be treated politely here.”

“This location is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation! The area feels very secure, which immediately puts you at ease. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, making our stay so convenient and comfortable. We especially loved the building's pool and jacuzzi – they were a great way to relax. “If you want a fairly economical way to enjoy Miami Beach, then this is it. Property amenities were very nice, proximity to the beach was spot on, and overall vibe was good. The actual condo is somewhat dated and has wear, but it is priced accordingly, so don’t go in expecting perfection. Condo floors were not super clean… first hour barefoot and my feet were dirty. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans and seasonings. Glassware and plates sufficient in the condo. Correspondence……

“The property was as listed very nice. The views were wonderful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but we ran out of everything we needed within a day. We did not have enough toilet paper, ran out of paper towels on day 2, there was no detergent to wash clothes, and only one body wash. It was 4 of us for 3 days so that didnt work well. Owner responded and advised housekeeping would get us everything we needed but they never showed up so we had to make it wok best we could. But overall it was a……
