“Three families traveled to Memphis for a soccer tournament and we wanted to stay near the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. We chose Summer’s place because it had room for 7 kids and 4 adults and was 6 minutes away from the fields. The good: the home is in a super quiet neighborhood that felt safe. There were plenty of televisions, a great living room lounging space, several areas to sit and eat meals, and the room with four beds was a great spot for kids. There was a foosball table that was popular.……

“Easy entrance to home, parking in the garage, comfortable and cool inside. Limited supplies like towels and no blankets on the beds!! (Found two throws in basket in living room to use). Never found garbage disposal switch so that drained slowly. No instructions given. Easy in and easy out instructions. I appreciated that!”

“This was a great find, 20 min. From airport and close to all attractions. We loved the spaciousness and amenities.”

“Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The home was clean and you walked into a very nicely fragranced space. The owner was responsive when I had questions. I would recommend fixing the lock on the storm door. It would not latch. Thanks for a nice stay.”
