“We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in West New York, NJ. The 3rd floor apartment was clean and very convenient to NY city for attractions. The host was fantastic and gave us many tips for our visit.”

“It was a well kept apartment.Extremely respectful and helpful host.Close to Central Park, shops and public transportation, this palce dislocate in historical Harlem, NY with a lot of places to visit. Close to restaurants as well for many choices. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Apt. Just requires a few minor improvements, but overall it was great.”

“A very comfortable and clean home. It was pretty quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. There is a bus stop a short walk away and easy to get to the city. There’s also an Aldi store around the corner and a Starbucks. The owner was very fast at responding whenever we had a question. Overall, We loved and enjoyed our short stay”

Having lived in Manhattan in the 80's, I knew the part of town that would be the best home base for most of our activiites but did not want a mega-hotel environment. This property exceeded our highest hopes! Two "short" blocks from the center of Central Park South placed us within safe walking distance of sites, dining and shopping in every direction. “Great spot to rest after going into NYC. The condo has beyond all the amenties you need for a comfortable stay. Alan was personable and engaging. “We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood especially the cosy and authentic cafes and restaurants. The view from this side into Manhattan was spectacular. The unit was not as presented on the website. Also there was a double booking of one day that we were informed of about two weeks before our stay. Still waiting for a refund. Transportation into manhattan was easy to negotiate.”
