“This place was just want we wanted.. a place close but far from the city for us to get to everyday. We drove into the city 30 mins or less. Shopping center and supermarkets nearby. Nice neighborhood. Had 2ft unit and top floor. Our boys loved the bunk beds and all the TVs already had hook up to Netflix Disney etc. .. only note make sure to bring extension bc there are not nightstands in the rooms to plug in your phones and rest them at night. Other than that would def stay there again . ……

“This condo was a small space, but it worked for our short visit to New York. If you planned on eating at the condo there isn't actually a kitchen so you can't really cook anything. We couldn't find the thermostat and it was very warm inside but we survived. The place was really clean though and overall was a nice place. ”

“We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood especially the cosy and authentic cafes and restaurants. The view from this side into Manhattan was spectacular. The unit was not as presented on the website. Also there was a double booking of one day that we were informed of about two weeks before our stay. Still waiting for a refund. Transportation into manhattan was easy to negotiate.”

“They say a first impression can be your last and our first impression made it very hard to feel at ease in this unit. It looked like a construction zone. Dust was everywhere. They did have a cleaning person come in the next day and also provided air purifiers on request but still... my mom and I got daily headaches and nightly coughing fits. “This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……
