“This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……

“This little studio was perfect for what we needed, a homebase for while we were exploring NYC. It's conveniently located close to the Subway. The bed was comfortable. No issues finding the place or checking in. Plus you can't beat the price! Would absolutely stay here again.”

“What excited us about this property was its safe and great central location and proximity to the major attractions in NYC especially Central Park. The check-in process was straightforward. We were a party of 8 plus a small child and this property offered ample living and sleeping space for everyone. All heating/cooling units and appliances are still new. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. Host was very easy to reach and responsive. Thanks. ”

“This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. ”

“Just a lovely little flat in New York. Great size was wonderful to have the extra bathrooms and kitchen. Great distance to all of the areas we wanted to walk to highly recommended safe neighborhood. Great hosts very helpful very responsive would definitely recommend.”

We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. Keurig coffee maker was lovely and bottles of water in the fridge. We……

“Una soluzione ottimale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo abitato in questa casa per una settimana in dieci persone è tutto ha funzionato bene. Purtroppo c’era un bagno solo e le camere erano strettine, in linea con New York, ma ciò non toglie che la casa era accogliente e comodissima. Amazing experience for a short stay in NYC

"Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to 5th ave and central park. We stayed at higher floors, room was modern and spacious, and plenty of lamps in the room so we got the option to customize the lighting to our liking. Bathroom had Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus, the lighting was also good. Free bottled water provided. Hallway was quiet at night during our stay even though our room was right next to the elveator. Although we did only stay there during the week day. We got to check-in early and the process was smooth. Free lounge breakfast was included with our stay, although the choices were simple they were more than enough. Overall it was a very nice experience. "
