The hotel was perfect for us, travelling with a 3 year old.
Very clean, perfect rooms, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing!

“The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary.

“Le client qui réserve une chambre sur Hotels.com donne ses coordonnées bancaires à cette plateforme, mais il règle en fin de compte son séjour à l'hôtel où sa chambre est réservée. Cela devrait être dit plus clairement. D'autant plus que cette réservation n'a semble-t-il pas été bien transmise ou identifiée par l'hôtel.
Sinon, il faudrait informer que pour arriver à cet hôtel, à plus de 6 km depuis la gare de Capalbio, il vaut mieux avoir réservé avant un taxi.

“My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be.
