“This studio appointment was perfect for my husband and me. We were in Conroe for three nights to attend a wedding. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. “We stayed almost 3 weeks in this great ground floor garage apartment. It was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We met Joyce and her son when we arrived and saw them a few times during our stay, they were always friendly and pleasant. The unit was wonderful! Comfortable bed, spacious living area. Plenty of room for food storage and prep. We would have enjoyed their lovely backyard but it was hot and humid so we chose to stay in a view it out the windows. Parking is no problem. ……

“If you are looking for fancy, this is not that, but it was very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and bath. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It is an above the garage apartment with a full size bed bunk bed and large tv with plenty of app choices. It fit my needs very well and the back yard below was well kept with a peaceful vibe. If i had one complaint, it doesn't have a sofa nor a comfy chair. I had one question I sent the owner by message, and he called right away……
