“Dianne was the best!!! I travel with my company and 3 weeks out of the month I will be staying with Best Western because of her. My first trip there was an issue with the plumbing but, management and the maid service was so very attentive and helpful. I was upgraded and everything went smoothly the rest of the weekend. I will be staying at this location EVERY TIME I come to Dayton Texas!! Great job guys!!!”

“Front desk & housekeeping were polite, professional & very friendly when I spoke to them! They did a SUBERB job with the check in and cleanliness of hotel & room! My only complaint is that there needs to be more than ONE ice vending machine & it’s on the third floor. I like ice in my orange juice in the morning for breakfast. There wasn’t any ice available in the dining/kitchen area, I had to go to the third floor to get ice for my drink. It’s just an unnecessary inconvenience. ”
