“Lovely, quiet, and peaceful location. Everything from the tv, to the window shades, and the linens are of the highest quality. Feels like everything was intentionally curated to add to the experience — loved the bull, the little boy with the buffalo, the local pottery, and the mini-silo coffee can! “This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way. ”

“This great property is a former farmhouse that’s combines tasteful updates while maintaining its farmhouse charm. AC worked great and the full kitchen as well as laundry facilities were super convenient as we were finishing up a week long climbing trip with some touristing in Zion. The yard was immaculate in a cute neighborhood. Aaron was excellent in making sure we settled in ok and didn’t have any questions. We will be returning if we stay in La Verkin again in the future!”

“Lovely home, very cozy and a good home base for someone planning on visiting both Bryce and Zion. It was perfect for stargazing!”

“Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there.”

“We used this for a stay between Zion and Bryce. It was great for us given the proximity to both. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed. We were even able to do some laundry which was nice. Highly recommend.”

"We stayed on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling widows faced to the parking lot. And the room door didn't have security chain lock. (It's removed and left mark on the door frame). We felt not safe. Breakfast was fine but tips were mandatory. The but stop of the shuttle to Zion NP is just in front of the hotel that is convenient."
