“Great location, but it's a second-floor apartment and the steps are no joke. Not suitable for folks with mobility issues. Also, although there were no pet hairs in the unit, there are pets downstairs. If you're super allergic, that could be a problem. There's a half-sized fridge, a toaster oven and an induction cooktop, but the kitchen sink is in the laundry room -- so not a great place if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Having said all that, the location was great for us -- close to the U of O……
