“Our family throughly enjoyed, the laid back peaceful atmosphere the cottage gave. Every morning we we're able to see right from the back door the beautiful sunrise. 90% of our time was spent just sitting down by the water. Perfect little get away, before our son starts college and our daughter goes back to school. Definitely would love to rent it again in tje fut.”

“Beautiful cabin built in 1940 perfectly set back from the shore on Lake Huron. We met with the proprietor, Tim Reed, and met his son-in-law. The cabin was lovingly cared for and all was comfy cozy! We prepared and ate our meals in the kitchen/dining area, spending Easter Sunday there! Watched the beautiful sunrise and colored eggs! We hope to return when flowers and trees are in bloom! Thanks to the Reeds! ”

“We had a great time at our stay on Hubbard Lake. The owner lives right across the street so he is there if you need anything but never once made us feel as if we were being watched. I have stayed elsewhere where we felt as if the owner watched us the entire stay. This was not the case here! We had a great time. If I had to be picky and complain about something I would say it can get a little warm in the cabins with no ac but it was over 90 our entire stay. Also, the parking is very limited.”

“We had two large families stay here and found the property to be very clean, well stocked, and as advertised. There is no air conditioning in this home, so it got very hot! But, we knew that from the listing and packed a few extra fans which I would recommend. The property owner was very communicative and helpful. Overall, a great stay.”
