“You can tell there is a lot of love that went into this Reno's of this motel! Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. There are a lot of workers using the motel to come and go and the thing that really aggravated me was the door "banging" every night and morning! I have been in hundreds of hôtel and never heard this kind of door "slamming" it's like they used all their strength to slam the doors. The rooms are kept immaculate. “The hotel is down a long unplowed road so was not able to get to the hotel because of the deep snow. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Ended up stranded because nothing from the hotel said it is snowmobile access only. Still got charged for a hotel that we were not able to get to. Would not recommend for anyone traveling to the area. ”
