“The property is located in a perfect location! Tons of young professionals are in the hotel, if that’s what you’re interested in. The front desk staff is SO nice. I travelled solo and I felt very safe and well taken care of. Only dropped a star because there isn’t a microwave or fridge anywhere for the guests in the property. It kind of forces you to spend money. I had some left over food I wanted to heat up and luckily the front desk girl was nice enough to go all the way to the break room and……

“Everything was great hotel was clean.. My fiancé and I stayed here for a little get away nice bars and restaurants all walking distance from the hotel. Didn’t drive anywhere the whole trip. ”

“The property was clean. Staff was attentive. Breakfast could be better. They aimed to put a lot of good food out. However, when it ran out it took awhile to get new food out. Bowls were gone too. They did have their hands full. The hotel is also housing people displaced by the hurricane. Good on them. ”

“Easy to get to the property. Valet parking is available which we took advantage of. Many restaurants, shops, museums, parks, venues within walking distance. It was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights which made it difficult to sleep. But if you're here to party and stay out late, you'll have a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff is welcoming, and responsive. This is an old, historic building, so if you appreciate the value, location, and staff, then the shortcomings of a slow elevator, less than sparkling clean bathrooms, and slow hot water are acceptable. Being able to walk to the downtown area, or jump on the trolley are big plusses. The value is exceptional. See y'all again soon!”

“Historic property in a great location. Large comfortable room. Reception was friendly and helpful. Thought the prices were comparable to others in the area. We could walk everywhere we wanted to in St. Pete and boy did we walk. My only criticism would be there was no breakfast available. The hotel had 3 floors and no elevator which I could see as problematic for some guests. We would consider staying here again.”
