“Needed a place close to my brother's home. This was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lush greenery out the back. If i used the hottub it would have been very serene. The bed was super comfortable with the bathroom attached that had been incredibly appointed. Hot eater was instantaneous with great wster pressure for a relaxing end to the day. Owners on-site could not have been nicer and accommodating early arrival. ”

“We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. It was nice and cool to relax in after long days of sightseeing. Great location, too! We walked to the Capitol one morning (20 min) and the rest of our days we walked to Eastern Market metro line (also 20 min). If we find ourselves in DC again, we’ll definitely stay here! ”

“All went well, check in was easy and space was clean and cozy. Great communication with the owner. Loved that our 18 year old had his own space at night with the extra room. Nice big and fully stocked kitchen since we cook all our own meals. The living room space was comfortable for all of us to just hang out. The view with the large windows was pretty and relaxing. Great find!!!”

“We really appreciated being able to stay at Julie's place. Clean, conveniently located across the street from a cute cafe and Mexican restaurant. Easy access to D.C. and all of the conference locations -- and close to the airport! We had 6 adults staying with us, one of whom stayed with her two children in the king bedroom. It was perfect for us! ”
