“The condo was very clean. Lots of nice remodels and extras. The area is up-and-coming and the other tenants in the building we met were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the condo as DC and surrounding area has much to do. Uber was our mode of transportation and we found it very convenient and close to everything.”

“They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. ”

“Perfect spot to explore both Alexandria and DC with easy access to Metro. Very clean with super comfy king bed!”

“This is a beautiful home in a nice little neighborhood right outside of downtown Washington DC. We travelled here for a week long vacation with parents and my teenage sons. The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“Everything you need for your stay great places two eat all in walking distance ”

“Our family has stayed at multiple VRBO locations, across the country, and we have become accustomed to excellent experiences! We chose this place so our 3 teens wouldn’t have to sleep on a pull-out sofa & the location. The old town was amazing, great food and shopping in Alexandria with a free trolly and proximity to DC. Unfortunately we weren’t provided with nearly enough towels/washcloths, the dishwasher didn’t work, the downstairs laundry required a downloaded app to pay for the service,……

“It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.”

“This is a nice place in a vibrant neighborhood, very close to metro station, mall and big stores like Target. Came here with family of 5. The building is secure and quiet. It was clean and overall we are happy with our stay. Our only issues were 1) the fridge had an awful smell, despite looking clean. The odor was so bad we could not use it, it made us want to gag whenever we opened it and made our drinks smell bad. We bought baking soda the first day and put it in there but it still stunk at……

“We weren't comfortable with the location and parking situation once we arrived so we elected to find a hotel for our stay. Gave up our rent.”

“The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. ”
