“We had an enjoyable stay and found the apartment to be exceptionally clean. The balcony could benefit from a few touches to make it feel more inviting, and we noticed the absence of some basic essentials such as paper towels and dishwasher pods. “Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. The hosts were very quick to respond, and there was a grocery store nearby. Overall, this was an incredibly easy stay. ”

“We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to……

“It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We received communication from the owner within minutes of making the reservation. Everything was clearly explained and true to the listing. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and if we’re able to come back, would absolutely stay here again!”
