“Overall our stay was excellent, the only downside was the fire Alarm at approximately 0230 Thursday morning. The process seemed to be carried out properly, bearing in mind it was pitch dark and a lot of people were sleepy and a disoriented. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to others.”

Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”

“The reception staff were exceptional. Teta and Lauraine stood out as they both went beyond and about to ensure we had the best from our stay. They are a true credit to the hotel. Bogdan was a super chap and was our waiter in the evening. Again a truly valuable member of the hotel staff. The only negative thing was the attitude of the maitre d' at night. Otherwise could not be faulted. A fabulous place to stay. Thank you.”
