“This is a great hotel. Smack bang in the middle of St Helier. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Many options for dining. Clean rooms Friendly staff. Nothing bad to say. ”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”
