“Nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of St Helier centre. Hotel enu and meals were very good. Also a very lively pub across the road from the hotel which did food at a reasonable price. ”

“The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“Have stayed here several times - the location is front row overlooking Elizabeth Castle and the seafront The staff are all very helpful and attentive which is what you expect from a five star hotel Can’t wait to book my next visit ”

“Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Bathroom was very clean. Room was a bit outdated but perfectly fine to stay. ”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. Loud music played a few evenings but was dealt with by staff when contacted. Great location for central St Helier, easy to walk to many areas. On the whole, a great stay in Jersey.”

“Overall our stay was excellent, the only downside was the fire Alarm at approximately 0230 Thursday morning. The process seemed to be carried out properly, bearing in mind it was pitch dark and a lot of people were sleepy and a disoriented. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to others.”
