“Friendly staffs and the room is big, nice beach front”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several dining options nearby which were delicious. Property was cleaned, pool was well maintained, Beach was beautiful”

“If you are looking for a place to detach this is it for sure. The cabin was great and the personal infinity pool was fantastic (but not heated) and the view was amazing. Some downsides were the bathroom being completely outside making nighttime urinations interesting. Not much hot water so use sparingly and not enough for us to fill the tub. No TVs but there is a projector with Netflix which was a nice touch but the volume wasn’t great and even at full volume we still needed the closed……

“The property, gardens and location were beautiful however the listing is misleading as it suggests that the rental is for the whole property (" extended family living on two floors", "private gardens"). There is actually someone staying downstairs and this rental is just the top floor. That was not a problem in itself, just a surprise. If there was a BBQ (which the listing says it has) we could not find it, and the email asking this question of Juliet (property manager) prior to our arrival was……

“很遺憾。我們線上刷卡了。也取得訂單編號了，按照入住之前打電話給飯店。一直都是語音找不到人。到達飯店因無別的客人未營業。在飯店門口再打電話終於聯絡到飯店人員，他竟然說沒收到HOTELS.COM的通知未準備 所以拒絕我入住。即使拿訂單給他看他也還是堅持未準備 ，拒絕接待客人。在晚上9點多也累了只好請taxi司機載到附近找旅館。真是惡質態度飯店。希望HOTELS.Com. 趕快查明退費還我”

“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”
