“The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. “I did not like the fact that my room I booked and paid for was giving away although it was booked at least 2.5 months in advance. Paid for a king suite and ended up with a double. But the lady was nice and helped as best she could. Overall we were satisfied and will book again ”

“I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”

“The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us. ”

“I found the bag luggage in the room disappeared,suspected house keeper knock off, Notify the manager and call the police, but the manager hasn't positive reply to us and provide CCTV , until to now has two weeks, the hotel manager didn't even have a telephone .
