“The Farmhouse on the River was one of the best rental properties we've stayed at. Private. Comfortable. Excellent communication. Peaceful. Relaxing. The river is beautiful. The yard is expansive and a great place for playing with our dog. The house is clean and welcoming. The location cannot be beat! It is quiet and private, yet stores, restaurants, hiking, fishing, and more are so close. We will absolutely return! ”

“My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Lisa had thought of everything to make it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals if we wanted. We loved the fresh duck eggs from Pansy and Petunia and the supplies for the s'mores. Such a sweet surprise. Lisa was so communicative and so kind to our whole family. My kids loved feeding the animals with her in the mornings. The porch had an amazing view and it was so……

“Gracieland farm was such a nice, quiet, and fun place to stay! The property was so pretty with an array of animals to see, especially birds. The pool was where we spent most of our time because it was HOT!! The covered porch area is nice too. Only about 15 minutes to shopping and food. The caverns weren’t too much farther. Main Street is a cute place also. Mary was very accommodating and we absolutely loved our stay!”

“Lovely Va countryside. Well furnished and well stocked. Outdoor space was great for a larger group to hang out.”

“We fell in love with The Mill House at Ragged Ridge from the listing on line. In person, the house did NOT disappoint! Beautifully renovated but maintaining that old farmhouse charm while offering modern amenities at the same time. The bedrooms were comfortable and the main living spaces were well-appointed and easy to use. Our host, Liz, was very helpful during our stay and answered questions we had very promptly. Our family would definitely consider a return visit and would certainly……

“This was our second trip to Luray, first was about 6 years ago. The location is just where we wanted to be, in the country. Lots of Deer and Turkey were just next door and the Skyline Drive was only a few miles away, so riding my motorcycle to and from was a piece of cake. The house has everything you need and was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this property and we can't wait to come back!!”

“We had a great time at Erin’s home. It is in a quiet, peaceful setting near Luray and SNP. The listing is very accurate and the home offers plenty of space for group or 7 or 8. We would stay again if we are in the area again.”
