“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the……

“Where this property is located is perfect! One mile from a public boat launch (which is at the Lake Norman Motel), big new Publix right around the corner, and several other businesses and restaurants. The house is spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. The fire pit, dock, and deck are great. The owners of the property are extremely responsive and helpful. The only ‘negative’ (and it really is not negative) is the basement. The space is huge and another refrigerator down there would……

“We went to the lake with our whole family, 4 households in total. We had the best time of our lives. The house is everything it’s advertised, super clean, comfy and lots of room. The beach and dock area is where we spent most of our time and is so private and fun! We rented a boat which was a must and spent hours boating and tubing. The house was loaded with just about everything you need for cooking meals we only ate on meal out of the house the entire week. It’s close to grocery stores and……
