“I booked a room for a night to visit my nephew. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. When I checked in, my tv wasn’t working in my room. I called the front desk and someone came to fix it within five minutes. Apparently, the previous guest unplugged it.”

“I had never heard of nor stayed in a Sonesta. Other hotels in the area were very expensive so I took a chance on Sonesta. It exceeded my expectations. While not luxurious, it is very nice, clean, well run and good value for the cost. I will look to use the brand again in the future. ”
