“We stayed here for a quick summer getaway with our teenagers. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the views --- WOW. Very conveniently located, and a short drive to RMNP. Definitely would recommend.”

“This is a great property, we really enjoyed the deck! The house is very open and comfortable as we had 7 adults and never felt crowded. We utilized both the kitchen and the grill on the deck and it is a great space for preparing and cooking meals. Dining room table and patio table great for eating and playing games. We had wildlife off the deck almost everyday. We had a great time and Don is a very thoughtful host in making sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend this property!”

“Great location on east side of Estes Park. Close to the Safeway grocery store and easy access to downtown. We loved the quiet neighborhood, comfortable feel. Beautiful views from the back porch of the mountain ranges. Well stocked kitchen. 2 washer and dryers. 2 master suites and a Jack and Jill bathroom. No A/C…but wasn’t a problem even with 80 degree days. Comfortable beds and bedding. Would definitely stay at this home again. Our favorite restaurants: Outlaws and Legends Steakhouse at……

“Our family planned our hiking adventure up Fairchild Mountain while enjoying a meal at the VRBO. There was room for all of us to eat, chat, plan, and laugh. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The bedrooms were cozy.It was a great location for us.”
