“Though it is not located in the center of the main tourist sites, it is not far away from it. If you drive, it only takes 10 mins to get you to the heart of Lucerne. Plenty of free carparking lots are provided. Good scenic view as well. ”

“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“I thought the property was well maintained and the welcome was good. It is a budget room so we didn’t expect much but the rooms were nice and the common area was as well. The only down side was some of the pictures were misleading as there were not stacks of fresh towels in the bathroom or mini toiletries. The towels we had were very old and bleach stained. But all in all, worth the money for sure, just wanted to provide honesty.”
