“The Dogwood Suite was a great secluded apartment that is part of a larger rental property, tucked in the rolling hills near Afton, VA. The apartment is clean and quiet, and is close to Veritas Winery as well as all the other wineries and breweries along the Rt 151 corridor. The property is a sprawling 20 acres and there is a hiking trail and a meadow where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The host communication was great. I would absolutely recommend this property. ”

“This is a chic but comfortable loft in the heart of the historic area of Waynesboro (exactly as described). It is well stocked with everything you’ll need for a great stay. We had 3 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. Our host Jamie was very responsive, and got back to us immediately on the couple of questions we had. “My family really enjoyed iur stay at the Pop Inn. It was very clean and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It's location bear the park was very convenient. My only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors walking above us. At night we turned on a white noise machine and it didn't bother any of us, but if you didn't have that it could be disruptive. ”

“The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. “We had a wonderful stay at this property. The listing matched the photos and description, and check-in/out was a breeze. The space was spotless, nicely decorated, and felt welcoming right away. The bed was very comfortable (though a little soft for my taste), and the air conditioning was excellent. Coffee and creamer were provided, but not quite enough for a full week’s stay, so we picked up a bit more. The location was quiet and yet perfectly walkable to downtown to shops and fantastic……

We loved having access to the sauna for a relaxing end of our day, sitting in the back yard listening to the birds, and enjoyed playing darts on the dart board. A short walk into town to explore Staunton, but tucked back on a quiet street - this was the perfect combination of everything we were looking for, in our quick getaway.”
