“The Dogwood Suite was a great secluded apartment that is part of a larger rental property, tucked in the rolling hills near Afton, VA. The apartment is clean and quiet, and is close to Veritas Winery as well as all the other wineries and breweries along the Rt 151 corridor. The property is a sprawling 20 acres and there is a hiking trail and a meadow where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The host communication was great. I would absolutely recommend this property. ”

“The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. “This place is a gem, so well appointed and comfortable while artistic and classy. GREAT location, walking to many delicious restaurants and coffee as well as in Waynesboro, a very nice Virginia town. The place was immaculate and had all the tools we needed to cook and stay multiple days. I will definitely be booking this place again if it’s available next time I come to Augusta county. It does have a 2 flight walk up, so be prepared for that! But the loft feel and sunsets outweighs any work it……

“We were in the Burg for the JMU Thursday night football game. This place was perfect. Just outside of town. Easy drive to campus. Enjoyed a pregame glass of wine down by the pond. Hosts were accommodating. Place is just as advertised. One thing to note, the driveway is easy to miss. We drove by it twice before we found it. ”
