“Super week”

“It was beautiful and the deer are like pets”

“We loved the property. The first condo they gave us had a window stuck open. It was 27 degrees outside so we called and returned to the check in, where we were given a new condo key. Easy time fixing the situation. The condo was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking, extra trash bags, and soap for the sink and dishwasher. We were close to all the amenities at Massanutten, and had a great time. We would definitely stay……

“The tv upstairs didnt work, the toaster is broken, the shades woukdnt go back up, the shades were filthy, and the toilet was clogged when we got there. Disappointed to say the least. Had my autistic grandson with us. The toaster and tv were necessities ”

“The lodging was good other than a few items. Check in is late at 5pm. I originally thought it was 4pm which seems late still. There was very little hot water. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor and the family with young kids above us were jumping around early in the morning. I’m not sure how to pick a top floor but that would have been better. Nice area though”

“My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing. ”

“I haven’t been back in 10 years however I really enjoyed my stay this last time. ”

“The view was so cool, check in/out was easy, we had plenty of room and it was perfect for JMU homecoming weekend! ”

“Great location for our needs- get away to hike in Shenandoah National Park. Did not have enough time to really explore the resort but did get to eat at Campfire Grill- very good food. A few needs- coffee cups, fans in bedrooms to help with airflow, and for some reason the tv service went out our last night there. Overall great experience tho”
