“We booked this property for a weekend break, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Pictures are accurate but can't possibly capture the impeccably designed and decorated house or the idyllic surroundings.The house was perfect for four adults, with a kitchen that rivals any we have seen. Everything, from the bed linens and bath towels to the kitchen supplies and wood fireplace, made our stay easy and special.We stayed on a rainy weekend, but the nearby Craft Beverage Trail (Nelson 151) was……

“I stayed here for a quick overnight stop during my ski trip and it was perfect for what I needed. I arrived around 8 PM and left by checkout time. The two bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable with my room being well decorated and featuring a huge bathroom. The bed was super comfy, and the vanity was great for getting ready. The only thing I suggest is adding a mirror in the second room as my friend noticed it was a bit lacking and decoration. The shower in my room was large with two shower……

“Really enjoyed our stay at this unique property, it is very pretty cottage in a nice area. Stayed here with my wife and parents to attend a wedding in Crozet. Very close to Monticello and some very cool walking trails. The host were very responsive and accommodating.”

“This cottage was in a charming location with a creek out back, lovely grounds, and total privacy. We stayed in the late fall; it must be even better in the spring or summer. It is the best-equipped -i.e., amenities - of any place we’ve ever stayed. Comfortably furnished. Nice appliances. Would happily return. ”

“The property was quite cozy, off the main road, and extremely peaceful. Sitting in the hot tub looking at stars was a great way to end the night. Located about 40 minutes from Lurray and a short drive to Massanutten leaves plenty of options for the whole family. The property seemed well maintained by the host and we felt welcome upon arrival. We will likely be back next year!”

“Close to Wintergreen ski resort in quiet spot out of chaos.Simplistic & cozy cabin. Sleeps 4 adults but lots of space for blow ups & have 3 more guests. Bring extra blankets if you sleep with more than one. Clean. No issues. Nice getaway to hike, read, paint, bird, ski or just reset. Loved it! ”
