“This is my second time staying here in less than a 12 month period. I was dissapointed a bit as compared to my previous stay. First, I was given a handicapped room without being told. I just dropped my bags and ran to a meeting so when I came back late I noticed it then. I don't prefer to stay in these rooms for several reasons and I think a guest should be advised.
