“Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Loza house. We were very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. We especially enjoyed the lake front fire pit, pool & foosball table, private hot tub and amazing views. The screened in porch unit was the perfect place for our end of summer getaway. It was our first trip with our pup and the hosts made sure we knew she was welcome and that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves even more. I highly recommend the Loza house!”

“We were thrilled with this area's beauty, with Lake Champlain, the Ausable Chasm, and the property’s location. We hadn’t thought about where we wanted to go for a week, and I just happened to come across this LoZa property and decided to rent it out on a whim. “This was such a beautiful property and one of the cleanest, most well appointed rental houses we've ever stayed in! The waterfront access was an absolute joy, and the kids were able to play in the river right off the back yard. We spent hours just playing in the yard and the river (and took full advantage of the canoe and kayaks provided by our hosts). “This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything.”
