“From the moment of check-in Josh was friendly and helpful. The property is designed to provide great spaces for gathering and hanging out and has an excellent layout for this. This is a great place to host an event. We stayed in the sun cottage. And I do wish I had realized that this cottage only had street parking. This is an area where parking can be tight. Getting to down town and up to balboa park was easy but walkable restaurants are limited. I definitely needed my vehicle. ……

“The house is remodeled, clean and spacious for a group or family with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has multiple Ring cameras on the exterior and a Ring alarm. The neighborhood is decent, there’s a couple places within walking distance such as a fast food restaurant and a liquor store. Ubers were cheap to downtown. We visited for New Years and did not take advantage of the hot tub due to limited time. We did have to message the host a couple of times and they were responsive……

“The stay was amazing! The house was very welcoming also comfortable. Didn’t have any problems at all. Host responds very fast so that’s a plus. Also the decor is nice makes you feel at home. Location is great right next to everything you need also some great food spots. Highly recommended ”

“We had a fairly large group for a bachelor party and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and the common areas were a great area to hang out in during the day. We loved the sand area with bags and the bar which you could stock. Good communication and overall great experience. Would recommend for any group!”

“The house was super clean and organized. The door keypad was easy and worked well. The kitchen had an excellent amount of silverware and dishes, and the microwave and dishwasher also worked great. The AC was also excellent and cooled the house down quickly when we got back home from our days out. The washer and dryer also worked well, although there was some confusion as to whether laundry soap was provided. But the host got that ironed out for us as all was well. The street parking caused some……
