“Thanks for an amazing stay. Host was very attentive and always available for any questions I had. House keeping was amazing and also readily available. We enjoyed our stay so much we even stay two extra nights! Definitely a place worth booking!”

“I had 23 of my friends down for a bachelor party. The place was absolutely incredible; it worked so well for us. Amazing and really nice host, the place made it a perfect weekend for us. Thanks Joshua!”

“The house is remodeled, clean and spacious for a group or family with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has multiple Ring cameras on the exterior and a Ring alarm. The neighborhood is decent, there’s a couple places within walking distance such as a fast food restaurant and a liquor store. Ubers were cheap to downtown. We visited for New Years and did not take advantage of the hot tub due to limited time. We did have to message the host a couple of times and they were responsive……

“Enjoyed the stay. Centrally located to San Diego tourist spots. Nice and clean Noisy in the neighborhood at night ie train, dogs barking, music with a strong bass and late night conversations from neighboring apartments. But overall, we appreciated the stay.”

“The hosts were extremely responsive and nice to communicate with. Convenient location to Beech Street shopping and restaurants. House was nice, a little damage and some stains on one of the matresses but linens and towels were clean. The highway noise was quite loud and the headlights from the highway shine into the master bedroom, the other three bedrooms are on the otherside of the house and did not have issues. Would suggest a car instead of walking.”

“We loved our experience at this quaint townhome in San Diego. Victoria was awesome and was great at communicating everything we needed. Home was very nice and clean. Not to mention so close to everything in San Diego ”

“We had a great stay for a week in February! The location was great! We even both worked 3 days from this location and the internet was able to handle it! Great kitchen stocked with most of what is needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept better than at home! Having a washer and dryer was great. Communication with the host was excellent! All around very pleased and would definitely stay here again!”
