“It was my first time staying there, I made the reservation online but when I got there to check in there’s was nobody in the lobby to take care of us, we waited for 20 minutes and after that I look around to find someone to ask and I found the security guard who was very nice and look for the clerk but she was nowhere! We ended up waiting 2 hours to check in after he made several phone calls trying to get someone there!😡😡 After that they besides to give us an apology they didn’t try to……

I always feel safe at this hotel and that means as much as anything since I'm usually traveling alone. I get aggravated when I have to get the key cards reactivated every day at each stay but since they updated the door locks I think it is a personnel issue more than mechanical- that is really the only complaint I could have. ”
