“It was my first time staying there, I made the reservation online but when I got there to check in there’s was nobody in the lobby to take care of us, we waited for 20 minutes and after that I look around to find someone to ask and I found the security guard who was very nice and look for the clerk but she was nowhere! We ended up waiting 2 hours to check in after he made several phone calls trying to get someone there!😡😡 After that they besides to give us an apology they didn’t try to……

“I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.”

“Front desk, honored my request for the type of room and the location of it. They were immediately helpful when the TV needed some attention. The location in town is very good, close to everything condition of the hotel is very nice and the other guests are respectful and quiet. ”
